Making your Voucher work for You

Hooray! You’ve just received one of the most exclusive and exciting housing assistance in 
America today! 

Now that you have your Section 8/RAP program voucher, you maybe experiencing a difficult time in finding housing. It maybe due to past evictions, criminal background, low credit score, or the simple fact that the landlord doesn’t know or trust the vouchers benefits to accept it. This red tape can hinder anyone from finding housing even with having the voucher. 

Here at Ladder To Liberty, we communicate with landlords about the benefits of having a tenet with the voucher, and provide useful information about the program within the state that you live in, in order to properly educate them about how wonderful it would be to have you live in their home. 

What to Expect?

  • As a victim of domestic violence, if you are experiencing threats and acts of violence in the area that you have received the voucher, you maybe able to relocate that voucher to another state. Contact us to learn how.
